    The Committee on Roads & Transportation moves to amend the bill on page one, line ten, by striking the title of the bill in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

A BILL to amend and reenact §17C-15-34 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to motor vehicle equipment: prohibiting the modification of mufflers resulting in excessive noise levels.
